Lowering your risk
Trusting a new supplier with a business system is a judgement call. Rather than ask you to take that on trust, we structure the engagement so the risk stays small at every stage.
Phase 1
The first phase is deliberately small and quoted on its own. If we are not the right fit, you stop there — with working software and the code in your hands.
Payment
No advance for the whole project. Each phase is quoted, delivered, then paid, so your exposure is never more than one phase at a time.
Ownership
Repository access, documentation and deployment credentials are transferred during the build, not held back until the final invoice.
How we work
45 minutes on the problem. You leave with an honest view of feasibility and rough cost.
Written scope split into phases, each with a deliverable and a date. You approve before anything is built.
Working software at the end of every phase. You review the real thing, not a document.
Deployed, documented, repository transferred. Support continues only if you want it.

Before you ask
You do. The repository is transferred to you at handover, along with setup documentation. There is no lock-in and no licence fee to keep using what we build.
Fixed price per phase, agreed in writing before any work starts. You pay per completed phase, not by the hour, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Either a monthly support retainer with an agreed response window, or your own team takes over — the code and documentation are yours either way.
